Our quiet promise

No questions asked. Ever.

Need looks different for everyone. We don't ask why you're here, what you earn, or where you're from. You're welcome, that's the whole rule.

01

You don't need ID.

Not a Medicare card, not a Centrelink letter, not proof of address. Just walk in.

02

Your visit is private.

We don't keep records of who comes through. What you take is between you and the shelf.

03

Bring family. Bring neighbours.

If someone you know can't make it, take what they need too. Or call us, we can sometimes drop off.

04

You don't owe us anything.

Not a story. Not a thank-you. Not money later. The shelves are stocked because the community gives, and you are part of the community.

I came in once when things were hard. They didn't ask anything. They just said hello, made me a tea, and pointed at the shelves. Six months later I'm back, volunteering on Fridays.
